Harley Quinn Armor Upgrade

This design was an attempt to upgrade Harley's outfit to be more like Kevlar body armor. I also wanted to make the more frilly jester parts look more functional. The main driving idea was actually to have a secondary reason for the diamonds on her suit. Almost like a coincidence.
